THEAUTHOR’SDECLARATION Letitbeknowntoallwholiftthesepagesthatwhatiswrittenhereinwas notgatheredfromthesafetyofcomfortablelibrariesalone.Thisisaliving record born of fire and silence, of shadow and hard-won revelation. I speaktoyouasonewhohaswalkedthisroad,whohasstoodatthesame crossroads where you now stand, and who was once just as uncertain as perhapsyoufeeltoday. Once,Iwasfullofambitionallmotion,allhunger,allfireforsuccessyetI could not name the thing inside me that drove everything. I could feel greatness stirring in my blood but could not reach it. I could hear voices at the edge of sleep but did not know whose voices they were. I felt power but power without knowledge of its own nature is like a river withoutbanks:itfloodseverythingandnourishesnothing. Ihavebeenspiritualsince childhood.EvenbeforeIcouldnameit,Ifeltit a knowing beneath knowing, a weight behind my eyes that saw more than ordinary eyes could see. Incidents followed me. Strange dreams came. Visions arrived uninvited. But feeling and understanding are two entirely different roads, and for many years I walked one without ever findingtheother.

Why does this matter so profoundly? Because the world of spirit is ordered by truth, and truth must begin with the self. Some who read these words were born as witches they feel old power running deep in theirbloodlines,ancientandquietasriverbeneathstone.Somewereborn as wizards minds that bend ordinary understanding when sufficiently focused. Some came into this world carrying what the uninformed call dark energy, born in the shadow of primal forces, bearing gifts that frightenordinarymenandsometimesfrightenthemselves.

There are those who entered existence as what certain traditions call demon-born not evil in nature, but forged in fierce and primal fires, carrying enormous spiritual force.
