1 Digital Product Nature
All items sold on AfriKDP are instant-access digital products. Once a file is downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered in full.
Because of this, all sales are generally final.
2 Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are only approved under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Corrupted or broken file that cannot be accessed or opened
- Product not delivered after successful payment
- Wrong file delivered (does not match product description)
- Unauthorized transaction proven by payment provider
3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or understanding of the product
- Accidental purchase (unless reported immediately and not downloaded)
- Buyer expectation mismatch after product access
- Free or PWYW (Pay What You Want) downloads once accessed
4 Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within:
- 7 days of purchase
Requests after this period will not be considered.
5 Review & Approval Process
All refund requests are reviewed by the AfriKDP support team. Approval is based on:
- Payment verification
- Download/access logs
- Product integrity checks
- Seller validation (if applicable)
6 Creator Responsibility
Authors and creators on AfriKDP are responsible for:
- Uploading correct and working files
- Providing accurate product descriptions
- Responding to disputes when required
7 Bundle & Marketplace Items
For bundled products:
- Refund applies only if the entire bundle is defective
- Partial refunds are not supported unless technically approved by support
8 Chargebacks
Any unauthorized chargeback attempt may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to purchased content
- Investigation across the AfriKDP system
9 Reading Plans, Credits and Gifts
Reading plans, credit packs, page top-ups and gifted plans give immediate digital access and are not refundable once the period has started or the credits have been added, except where the law requires it or where AfriKDP could not provide the service. You can cancel a plan at any time to stop future charges; the current period remains active until it ends. If a plan payment fails, access continues for a three-day grace period while the card is retried. A refunded or disputed plan payment ends the plan at once and removes its pages and credits.
