Copyright & Takedown Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
AFRIKDP deeply respects intellectual property rights and expects our creators to do the same. We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, piracy, and copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and published on AFRIKDP without your permission, please submit a formal takedown notice to our legal team at support@afrikdp.com.
Your notice must include the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL (link) on AFRIKDP where the alleged infringing material is located.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Action Taken Upon Notification
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, AFRIKDP will:
- Immediately suspend or remove access to the disputed content.
- Freeze any wallet balances associated with the sale of the disputed content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed due to a copyright claim.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, or you believe you have the legal right to distribute the material, you may file a Counter-Notice by emailing support@afrikdp.com. You must include your contact information, the specific content removed, and a sworn statement that you have the right to publish the work.
If a valid Counter-Notice is received, AFRIKDP may restore the content unless the original complaining party files legal action within 14 days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with standard digital publishing laws, AFRIKDP maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. If a user repeatedly uploads copyrighted material that belongs to others, their account will be permanently terminated, and they will be banned from using the platform.
