Angelo Achuil

Before I wrote, I walked. A Lost Boy of Sudan from Agok, I crossed the Gilo River, grew up in Kakuma, and reached Philadelphia in 2000 with one verse: Romans 8:28. After 18+ years in humanitarian work in South Sudan, I now write what I once needed: my memoir All for Good, Love Beyond Fear, By Beholding We Are Changed, and stories for schoolchildren. Short sentences. True stories. I’m Angelo Achuil.
