The Book of Islamic Youth Upbringing

Youth are the cornerstone of a community and its future. Any community that wishes to continue living
with dignity and honor must give special priority to the upbringing of its young. In Islam, tarbiyyah is not
optional — it is an obligation resting jointly upon parents, teachers, and the community as a whole.
Matasa su ne ginshiƙin al'umma da makomarta. Kowace al'umma da take son ci gaba da rayuwa cikin
daraja da mutunci, dole ne ta ba da muhimmanci ta musamman ga tarbiyyar matasanta. A Musulunci,
tarbiyya ba abu ne na zaɓi ba, illa wajibi ne da ya rataya a wuyan iyaye, malamai, da al'umma baki ɗaya.
